Building Beef Demand Part One

During the Cattle Industry Convention a session titled, “Building Beef Demand Outlook Session 1, The Architecture of Consumer Demand,” provided a beginning look into this subject. The session was followed up later with a second one which I’ll share with you next.
One of the presenters in this session was John Lundeen, Director of Market Research for NCBA (pictured on right). His job was to discuss demand drivers.
