Trostel’s Wins Beef Backer Award

The Beef Checkoff conducts an annual restaurant awards program called the Beef Backer Award. The winners received their awards and recognition here onstage at the Friday general session.
I caught up with the Beef Backer “Innovator of the Year” Award winners from Trostel’s Greenbriar in Johnston, IA. I interviewed chef, Troy Trostel, and General Manager, Suzanne Summy.
