An Interview With Jim McAdams

The current president of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association is Jim McAdams from Texas.
I interviewed Jim since NCBA is such a big service provider to the Beef Checkoff. He describes the types of services that are provided via contract with CBB. Additionally, Jim talks about an industrywide review effort of the Beef Checkoff that’s taking place and what they hope to accomplish.
